Holland Tunnel to Garden State Pkwy. (north) to Exit 145 to Rte. 280 West.  Follow to Exit 8A (Prospect Ave. South).  Continue on Prospect Ave., go left onto Northfield Ave.  Proceed for about 100 ft., and turn right onto Rock Spring Rd. to course entrance.
