Built: 1960

Description: Built on relatively flat terrain, featuring two completely different nines. Long and open on the front nine, with water coming into play on two holes...requiring you to use every club in your bag. Shorter, but tighter, with two severe doglegs, and more difficult on the back side. Both nines also offer an ample amount of fairway and greenside bunkers that will challenge even the best of golfers.

Comments: the course is well conditioned and always a joy to play...if you consider “pace of play” it’s one of the best around. A wonderful course for players of all skill levels.

Directions: Distance from Manhattan approximately 20 miles.
GW Bridge to Rte. 4 West for approx. 6.5 miles, to Kinderkamack Rd./River Edge exit. Proceed to traffic light and make a left onto Kinderkamack Rd. & follow for approx. 4 1/2 miles into the town of Emerson. As soon as you cross the RR tracks make a right turn onto Emerson Plaza East. Proceed 300 yards to Palisade Ave. and go left 1/4 mile to club on your right.
