Description: Nestled in a 144 acre parklike setting, this beautiful, challenging layout, once an active dairy farm, is always well maintained. The front nine is hilly, the back nine more level...both feature tight fairways. A nice mix of holes will make you use all of your clubs and truly test your golfing skills.
Signature Hole: #14. A 404 yard, par 4. A blind tee shot into a narrow landing area. Your 2nd shot is then played to a small green with water on left and right...you’re either accurate or you’re in trouble.
Comments: always well maintained...never boring, interesting variety of holes...great fun. A wonderful, most enjoyable golf outing, offering golfers of all skill levels a fair and fun challenge.. The facility gets rated the #1 public golf course in Fairfield County year after year.

The views of the Long Island Sound are great at Island's End.
Description: Built on the beautifully rolling and rocky land that runs along north shore of Eastern Long Island, this track is a scenic delight. There are many views of the Long Island Sound, most of the time with views straight across to Connecticut. The course takes advantage of the terrain, and has a ton of nice foilage, tree-lined fairways and a moderate elevation changes.
Although it's not an overly demanding course, and it's not long by today's standards, when the wind kicks up off the Sound -- which it does quite often -- it can be a tough go-around. The fairways are generally expansive, and the greens are subtle and always in good shape. With a good amount of mounding, some well-placed bunkers, and a handful of doglegs, this is a enjoyable course for any level of player.
